Training in the sun
Today is the second day its been sunny to train outside. I did 6x200m easy tempo work fallowed by so High jump approach work. Sometimes we don't have access to all of the equipment but I also make best of what I got. I feel being an athlete and a trainer I am always looking for way to adapt to different situations. This is important skill to have as sometimes when you are competing unexpected things may happen. Example weather or equipment change, and you have to make the most of what you have!
